Once your claim has been received, it may take 5-7 business days to process.
Your claims reimbursement will be deposited directly into your bank account or a cheque will be mailed to you. To sign up for direct deposit
For coverage related eligibility, log into your member account on OTIP plan member’s site, select Benefits Booklet (plan details) from under the My Library drop down menu. As outlined in your benefits booklet, reasonable and customary limitations, maximums, coinsurance, and deductibles will affect the amount that is paid back to you.
If you and your eligible dependents are covered under more than one benefits plan, co-ordination of benefits can help you. Linking these plans together, helps to ensure that you receive the correct amount of money back on your health and dental claims according to the provisions outlined in each plan.
NOTE: If you have single coverage, co-ordination of benefits does not apply to you.
