• Visit www.otip.com. Here you can log in to OTIP’s secure member site (My Benefits and My Claims) for many important functions including:

  • add eligible dependants; and
  • make changes to your beneficiaries.

  My Claims:

  • submit and check the status of your claims;
  • view your OSSTF ELHT benefits booklet;
  • view the list of reasonable and customary maximums; and
  • check for eligible medication.
