Manulife regularly audits members and providers. This is part of the claims adjudication process and ensures that expenses being claimed are eligible. From time to time members will be asked to provide further back-up or additional information after submitting a claim. This is a standard part of the audit process and is in place as one of the tools to contribute towards the long-term sustainability of the OSSTF Benefits Plan.
